Training

Learning that starts with the person.

My training work draws on psychology and education: how people think, decide, interact and learn — and how AI can support that work without replacing human judgment.

Areas that can shape training

These are areas of work, not fixed courses. Content is shaped together around your team's needs.

Decision-making and problem solving

Hands-on work on defining the problem, questioning assumptions and weighing options. When technology and AI are involved, we decide which work to give the tool and which criteria to check the result against.

Communication and professional interaction

Interview practice for listening, asking questions and clarifying needs. Through role-play and feedback, participants build a conversation flow they can use at work.

Ethics and professional judgment

Evaluating ethical dilemmas in professional and academic work through cases: confidentiality, competence and academic integrity in academia and mental health, and responsibility and human oversight in AI use.

Programmes
